Steps :
1. Check Laundry list :
 * Room number
 * Guest name
 * Guest signature
 * Quantity of cloth
2. Inform Housekeeping Office
3. Put laundry bag at safe area
4. Hand over to laundry valet


Linen Service :
-Delivering clean linen to pantry
-Receiving dirty linen from rooms / outlet
-Inventory linen

Uniform Service :
-Provide clean uniform for staff
-Receiving dirty uniform from staff
-Repair uniform

*Baby sitting service
Rules :
-Reservation 24 hours before
-Children are in a good condition
-In the room, provide : children food, drink, -toys,  parent phone number.
-Baby sitter are hotel staff or from other baby sitter company.
-Baby sitter has to know the basic skill and knowledge how to take care baby / children.
-Fee for baby sitter can be hourly / day.
-Form baby sitting must signed.

Open curtain
Clear up room service items, collect guest laundry or lost and found items
Clear up rubbish
Pour toilet bowl chemical
Strip bed linen and towel
Make the bed
Wash rooms crockeries and cutleries
Clean up wash basin
Clean up shower / bath tub.
Clean up toilet bowl
 Replanish bath amenities and towel
Clean up bath room floor
 Dusting furniture
 Replanish room amenities
Vacuuming the floor
Double check
Turn off electricity and close the door

Hygine in room
 Put clean linen and towel on clean surface ( tables / chairs / bed )
Close the toilet bowl cover when flushing
Clean cotton mop using mop bucket wringer
Using hand glove when clean toilet bowl
Cleaning dishes ( glasses, spoon, plates, etc ) at wash basin using different sponge with bathroom sponge.
Install waste hamper cover at trolley.
Change all bed linen and towel after guest check out
Clean room properly as standard.
Separate spot linen from others
Clean up any surface in the room from spot.
Using hand glove / masker if guest has disease
Using hand glove when clean up blood
Always clean up remote control, door handle, swith lamp, phone
Clean up the room air if smell not good – ozonizer / special chemical
Preventive maintenance : AC
Room cleaning project : wash curtain, shampooing carpet / sofa, polishing marble, wash bedpad / blanket / skiriting etc
